On a cheap cap, the logo is the first thing to fail: ink cracks, fades, and peels under pool chemicals, and your buyer’s brand goes with it. All three of our decoration methods run in-house with chlorine-resistant ink systems, so the print survives as long as the cap does.
Chlorine-resistant ink cured directly onto the cap surface. The default for team crests, club logos, and brand marks: crisp edges on solid colors, the lowest per-unit cost at volume, and the fastest setup of the three methods. Keep text above roughly 6 mm for clean results.
Your logo is textured into the mold itself, raised or recessed in the same silicone as the cap. No ink means nothing to peel, fade, or crack: the decoration is permanent by definition, with a tactile, premium finish swim brands and upscale clubs specify by name. Relief detail reads best above roughly 8 mm.
