Our Guangzhou factory covers 27,824 square meters with 4 dedicated production lines and 65 injection molding machines under one roof. Mold making, injection molding, assembly, and packaging all happen in-house, which lets us handle everything from 300-piece private label orders up to full container programs.

Do you accept third-party inspections?

Sim. We welcome SGS, Intertek, TUV, or any buyer-designated third-party inspection at any stage of production. We also issue FAI first article inspection and OQC outgoing quality control reports for every batch, along with copies of certification documents for retail onboarding.

How do you ship orders, and do you support Amazon FBA?

We ship worldwide by sea, air, and express courier. For Amazon sellers, we prepare FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling and deliver directly to FBA warehouses. Stock orders ship within 48 horas, and sea freight is the most economical option for bulk and container-load orders.

What certifications does your factory hold?

Our factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and holds BSCI, CE, FDA, e padrão OEKO-TEX 100 certifications. Copies of all certificates are available on request, and additional SGS, Intertek, or TUV test reports can be arranged with batch-traceable references.

Are your materials safe for prolonged skin contact?

What quality inspection reports do you provide with each order?

We issue a FAI first article inspection report at sample approval and an OQC outgoing quality control report for every shipment batch. Every batch passes in-house air-tightness and anti-fog testing before packing, and copies of certification documents are included for retail and marketplace onboarding.

How long does the anti-fog treatment last?

Our anti-fog treatment is applied during lens molding rather than sprayed on after assembly, so it does not wash off like consumer anti-fog drops. On co-injection models the sealed lens also blocks the moisture ingress that causes fogging. Every batch passes in-house anti-fog testing before shipment, e test reports are available on request.
